Delivery and pickup are free within 15 miles of Concord on orders of $125 or more (smaller orders pay $40). Farther out it's a flat $50 for 16 to 25 miles, $85 for 26 to 35 or $120 for 36 to 45, shown on your quote before you book. Tents always include full setup and takedown. For tables and chairs, we drop them off stacked and pick them up after, or we can set everything out and take it down for you: +$30 for the Starter package, +$45 for 50 guests, +$75 for 100 guests, +$85 for ceremony rows, or $0.50 per chair and $2 per table ($30 minimum) for single items. A 30% deposit (minimum $50) locks in your date. The balance is due before setup. We accept Cash App, Zelle and Venmo.

Cancel 14 or more days before your event and your deposit moves to a new date within 12 months. Cancellations less than 14 days out are non-refundable.

Tents are made for rain. If we have to cancel for high winds, lightning or a severe storm, your deposit moves to a new date.

Right now we set up on grass only.
